Can we keep the same caregiver?

What languages do your caregivers speak?

Tax Credits

Users over 70 are eligible for a tax credit for home support. This credit can reduce the bill by more than 40%.

A statement to request this credit will be provided to you once a year.

Payment

The payment for our services is made by pre-authorized direct debit. The payment is debited by our accounting department the week following the service, and only when the service has been received. Service cancellations made within a pre-specified period of time are not charged.
