Clients or their authorized representatives may request modifications or cancellations of scheduled visits by contacting us in advance. Specific notice requirements and any applicable fees for late cancellations are outlined in the individual service agreement. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with appropriate notice in cases of safety concerns, non-payment, or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide professional, compassionate, and consistent home care services. However, we do not warrant:

• That our website will always be available, secure, or error-free

8. Client and Family Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about the client's health, mobility, and care needs

• Notify us promptly of any changes in the client's health or care requirements
• Refrain from asking caregivers to perform tasks outside the scope of the agreed service plan
• Not engage VITA Soins et Services caregivers directly for private employment outside of the service agreement
